We had a great time touring the race training track and stables. It was a private tour for my wife and myself. Very informative and pleasant. Highly recommended

Although it was raining, we had a very good tour with Annette. She is very knowledgeable, answered all questions and very personable. Found it fascinating as to what they do with the mucked out stalls. Quite a business in itself!

This is a tour that you must go on. The guide was so good, and shared her knowledge with us about the farm. We were able to pet the horses, and she was very enjoyable to be with. A great time!

Loved this tour! Our tour guide was a very knowledgeable lady and made the tour fun! It is amazing what kind of training the thoroughbreds go through before they race and how many people the owners need to help prepare the horses. Well worth the time.

Had a great tour with Annette today. Our family of 6 was the only group on the tour. We learned a lot and also got to see many of the beautiful horses in action.

Being on vacation last year, we drove by and didn't have the time to visit, but this year, we made a concerted effort to take a tour. It was great to see the training of the horses, stables. They have a starting gate but none of the horses were being trained when we were there. Interesting that there was an upper and lower track. Interesting to see the white horses and having their own barn. Beautiful. For someone who's not a rider but loves see horses as they are beautiful animals, this was a nice gem of a place. Our guide said that she does or has done the harness racing so it was good to hear her perspective on that. I'd recommend going especially if you love horses and watching them run.

We visited on a rainy day so it was hard to take pictures of the horses and riders training on the track. We still got to see them working the horses but spent most of our time in one barn meeting the horses there. It was a cool experience to see the horses get cooled off, bathed, and put away. Our tour guide knew a lot in general about horses but didn't know the answers to many of our general questions about training and racing. With a different guide I think it would have been better.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide, Annette, was very entertaining and enthusiastic about the Center and the horses. It was obvious that she loved her job and enjoyed dealing with people as well as horses. She knew everyone at the center and answered all our questions. She also gave us many facts and told interesting stories about the center, owners, trainers, and horses. When we were track side, she explained the jobs of outriders and many of the other jobs of people at the training track. Riders at the track were very friendly. We also stopped at a barn that housed white thoroughbreds, had a chance to talk to one of the owners, and were able to pet the horses and hear more about them. Overall a very interesting tour of a beautiful training center and a very knowledgeable tour guide. A great tour to take in Lexington! We highly recommend it.

This is a good tour or a non-horse person however as an educated horse person, dressage trainer, breeder and TB racing enthusiast, it was not what I expected. Marlene is a nice lady and obviously loves horses, but she doesn't really know anything racing, race horses or general horse terminology.

Marlene gave us a great tour. Her love of horses really shows when talking about the horses and the center. We had a great deal of time at the track rail where the horses were brought close to the rail to help them get use to people at the track, Everyone was very friendly. We visited the barn with the White horses which gave lots of time to pet them and take pictures. This is a place you will not want to miss when visiting Lexington.
