Had such a wonderful time at Benidorm Palace in Benicon 2022. The show was amazing and the place is huge with great views from all areas. Toilets are clean. The only downside is the seats are all super close and often you have to sit on the same table as other people which I didnt really like but other than that, it was a great experience!

Overall, it was a bit of an up and down evening. On the plus side, the show itself was amazing. All of the acts were fully entertaining, and some left us speechless. The chance to get up and dance to the wonderful singer and band was an added extra that was unexpected. Unfortunately, there were also a couple of negative points that lowered the score. Firstly, the lack of room when sitting watching the show made the evening uncomfortable at times. I understand that there is a need to accommodate as many customers as possible in order to make ends meet. However, this should not be at the cost of basic comfort. I am not a particularly big or bulky person, but myself and the people around me found ourselves continuously apologising to each other, as every time we moved, we banged our chairs into each other or had to squeeze past if leaving our seats. The number of customers also made it seem extremely stressful for the waiting staff and caused long queues at the bar. The vast majority of staff worked tirelessly and were polite and accommodating wherever possible. However, we did experience one waitress who seemed unable or unwilling to interact with even a simple gracias from anyone around us. On numerous occasions she simply pushed past, leaned across us, or pushed chairs into me. So overall it was a bit of a mixed bag. Can't fault the entertainment and some of the service. However, some simple adjustments would have made it so much more enjoyable.

We booked The Benidorm Palace before we left for our holiday we paid €110 Euros for the dinner and show which we have been other years and really enjoyed ...the show was called AIRE and once again was exceptional we had booked early and got a fabulous table right at the front We were taken to our table and a young lady came to us and explained how we pressed a light to get served drinks " My name is Candy" she said We had a fire salad to start which was delicious followed by soup and roll which was very nice but my pork was raw in the middle when we got the main course.... I couldnt eat it and the veg ( brocolli and swede) had been cooked far too long it was mushy Lots of people around us were all leaving the veg and a lady on the next table left her pork aswell When "Candy" came my husband said the pork is raw her off hand answer was "I can get you another but it will be same" she then dissapeared....The show was exceptional we really enjoyed it but candys attitude was rather upsetting.

Been a few times over the years to see the shows, but this one was a bit disappointing. Aire was mainly acrobatics, one set with the magician wasn’t brilliant only did one illusion. Costumes and choreography was fabulous as always but needed more of a variety of acts. Food was awful, soup too peppery and pork definitely raw,which a few people surrounding us had the same problem with the pork. On the whole wouldn’t recommend this particular show.

The show is regularly changed and features different themes and guest performers. Good view even from the cheap seats. If you eat there you get seats nearer the stage. We have only been to the show and are seated near the back but still have a good view. Only negative this time was it took 40 minutes for the waiters to come and take our drink order as you cannot order at the bar yourself. Great evening though and will definitely return next time we are in the area

We watched the show with the meal included. The seats are very nice and we were all very comfortable. We came here before but this time the staff was way more nicer then before. Congrats to the owner and his choices!

We really enjoyed the dinner and show here. Very busy place so you must book in advance. The show was spectacular especially the acrobatics

If you are in Benidorm and looking for an evening of entertainment - look no further than Benidorm Palace! My husband and I were fortunate to get some last minute tickets and wow what a show - the dancers, the singers and the hard working waiters and waitresses were brilliant. I think the drinks are reasonably priced l. I can’t comment on the food as we were there for only the show. Will definitely return

The show was good especially the aerial dancers. There was also singers, magician, pole dancers which were also very entertaining. We had booked tickets for 55 euros each which included a meal. The meal was not as expected and we were left very disappointed. I had goats cheese salad which was ok, spicy pumpkin soup which was so spicy could not eat it, main was huge hen of the wood mushrooms with broccoli no sauce, disgusting, dessert was served 65 minutes after main plates taken away, was some sort of mousse which had become very runny and inedible. Friends had shin of beef which was tough and not cooked properly. My advice, go see the show but avoid the food. Wine was ok , water was over priced at 3.50 euros for small bottle, we thought water was included in cost of ticket, not so, was poured at table then asked for money. Taxis outside after show were plentiful and reasonable.

Reasonably priced taxi from Benidorm out to Benidorm palace, the venue was very professionally run, felt well attended by the staff the whole time and they weren’t pushy, the show was outstanding, tbh I went with a misconception it had been hyped up but it really was amazing again a professional performance from start to finish. There was one very drunk guy in the audience who was loud but he was dealt with quickly and asked to leave, which was a relief. Will be back!
