Jonathan the man, thanks so much! Throughout this tour I felt like I was learning about the real culture of Berlin and now have a deep understanding of how and why the city functions in certain ways. Our group was of all ages and everyone had fun but I would say this is perfect for someone on the younger side who wishes to get an introduction the true side of Berlin!

I took this private one to one tour recently whilst staying in Berlin, I had previously taken a tour with a group but this tour was in another class. I met my guide Rob at Alexander Platz for the start of our three hour tour without the workshop included as requested by me, We covered so much in the way of seeing the street art and discussing all things arty but also many other subjects along the way which was really enjoyable as Rob and myself seemed to get along very well. My only complaint is that the tour went by so quickly and in fact ran over by half an hour. I can truly say this is one of the very best one to one tours I have taken and I have taken quite a few. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in street art as it can be tailored to what you want to see and do. Thanks Rob for a great tour.

I can’t say enough good things about this tour. We were a group of 8 girls on a hen weekend and wanted to see a bit of the city. Becca, our guide, was lovely. So laid back but really knowledgeable. We saw a side to the city that we would never have experienced otherwise. She took us down side streets to look at street art but told us lots about the history of Berlin on the way. It’s clear she loves living in Berlin and that really came across in the tour. The three hours flew by and ended in a beach bar where all of the proceeds go to refugees. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

My parents and I enjoyed a 4-hour private tour with Jonathan on my first day in Berlin. He gave us a terrific introduction to contemporary life and culture here - especially learning about squatters, artists, nightlife, and gentrification. We felt like we were taken to some of the coolest sites, like RAW, YAAM, and the like, and introduced to some of the many street artists whose work we have continued to enjoy spotting around town during our stay here. Mom was in a wheelchair, and still didn't feel as though we missed a beat exploring around the East side. It was a great experience and he was an exceptionally personable guide! We totally loved it.
