We queued for 20 mins to purchase a ticket and then were told to book online which we did. Turned up for our slot at 1pm and waited 45 mins to get the lift up as only one lift working. We were then packed in lift like sardines 14 people. After view from the top we joined the queue to come down was not supervisor and was chaos, it took over an hour to come down in a lift, totally not acceptable. I asked a members of staff if we could use the stairs and were told no. Also persons using the restaurant were given priority to the lift down. I felt very unwell and hot and was not able to get down quickly. My group of 6 people were very disappointed with our visit which could have been very interesting if organised properly and less tickets sold as only one lift in use.

Lunch, 207m in the air, in a rotating restaurant, with stunning views across Berlin. Who could ask for more?! Sumptuous food gave us more. My brother dined on curry wurst while I enjoyed the potato, mushroom, & truffle stew. The staff were very attentive too.

Excellent quick lift up to the top, pre booked so no queue.Excellent view, staff very good, had a good 15 minutes before we seated so plenty of time to take in the view, and the meal was delicious, a bit pricey but a great location.

Walking Berlin you cannot miss the TV tower. But, take the time and go up in it the view is awesome. A spectacular view of all of Berlin.

Bought tickets from a machine. Each are numbered and the number coincides with an entry time shown on the adjacent screen. Great views through sloping windows, so no reflections. Can be busy and difficult to read the info boards....especially when people loiter or young children sit on them! There seemed to be a lot of places not labelled but looked important. However, worth a visit

We visited The Tv Tower today. The lift is on the first floor. We queued for about 5-10 minutes. We were going to have a drink on the observation deck but the bar was closed. We asked a man and he let us go up to the restaurant for a drink. The restaurant revolves and OMG it’s excellent! The views are spectacular! Well worth a visit.
