On a difficult and very cold day Amy was a warm, friendly and very welcoming host. It would have been impossible to see the various sights without Amy’s guidance and her warm car.

Colossal RipOff !! The Guide Emi was a huge disappointment! Her English was bad and her knowledge was abysmal! She had a very bad attitude and told us "I'm tired and going home to sleep while you look at the museum by yourselves" Felt it was a total waste of our money!

This was one of the best tours we booked through Viator. The tour guide Emi was amazing, she was knowledgeable, caring and always had a smile on her face. She gave us enough time to browse around and take good pictures. The only comment we had is in the tour description it says that there is admission to the White House which was not the case and we were abit disappointed but the tour guide explained that its not included and visitors seurity check takes atleast 21 days.
