Ken was a wealth of information and made the city come alive. He radiated his passion for his hometown. Frankly, I had no idea the city was so marvelous until Ken put the spotlight on it. Great tour!

Glad we picked this tour as Ken was very knowledgeable about all things Pittsburgh. The tour was well-paced and. We learned a great deal about the history and architecture of the city. If you are a fan of The Gilded Age, you won’t be disappointed!

Ken brought the city to life for us - a great easily paced walking tour of Pittsburgh’s history and architecture. Well organized and informative and fun tour.

We had a great time Marisa our guide was knowledgeable about the architecture of the building and history. We really enjoyed it.

On a recent chilly Sunday, our guide Ken conveyed an amazing amount of facts and lore from the Pittsburgh area . The walking tour was VERY informative and enjoyable. Despite being a Pittsburgh native (long moved away), I learned many new things along with being able to take a bit of a stroll down memory lane. We reflected that we were glad to have done this on our first day in the city. As the week progressed, we were reminded of things we had seen and learned on the tour. I'd highly recommend this walking tour to people visiting, new to the city, and all as those old timers who may THINK they've seen and done it all the the "burgh. Thanks KEN, for making learning so enjoyable!

I scheduled the Best of the Burgh tour. Our tour guide, Kane, was very knowledgeable on the history and architecture of the area. I wish there was a little more overall culture trivia and art included on this tour (also recognizing that there is a specific street art tour offered by this company). My favorite part was the influences on the food culture and food recommendations at the end. I would recommend this tour if you want to learn more about the history of the area, but would probably schedule the art tour if I was going to do it again.

Even on a rainy day, our tour guide Kane was very flexible and knowledgeable showing us the architecture of both outside and inside buildings in Pittsburgh avoiding the soaking rain. He also shared interesting stories of famous families such as Frick and Mellon. We came away from the tour knowing some history of the great city of Pittsburgh that we would not of known!

We really enjoyed our walking tour of Pittsburgh in March 2024. Our guide, Kane, is knowledgeable and interested in his city ... this comes through in the places that he highlights as well as his desire to share interesting historical stories and facts. He is also very friendly and attentive to tour participants, making sure that everyone has a chance to ask questions. The two hours flew by, even though our tour happened on a brisk and raw end-of-March day.

Ken was wonderfully knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. It was just me and my two teenagers and he had them interested in the stories. I learnt so many things and also got some exercise!
