Bus has No Air conditioning Because of rain, water was dripping all inside the bus. We spoke to customer service, and they said we can cancel the trip and we can get a refund because of thunderstorms. The next morning, they sent us an email and denied the refund

We did the night tour with Armando and it was so nice. He was very entertaining and the sights were beautiful. He was very knowledgeable and did trivia with little prizes. When sunset happens you can see it very well from the causeway and you are able to get great pics. It was probably on of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever witnessed! I would definitely do this again because it's a great time.

We arrived to our tour on time. Yes, it was right at 8pm, but we were not late. Maybe the bus was overcrowded, but we made the reservation months ahead and they should have made sure all passengers could fit.

We started the tour fine , but half way through the trip there was a engine problem with the bus and they dropped my whole family off on the side of the road in a bad neighborhood and told us that we had to find our own transportation back to our hotel . They would not send another bus to pick us up . Horrible experience. I have asked for a full refund and have not had resolution from Viator or Big Bus company. They do not keep well maintenance on their vehicles.
