Decker and Eli were awesome guides! We always felt safe, and they were both very knowledgeable and friendly. We would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone we know!

We did the 8-hour "Zip & Dip" tour and loved every minute. A practically otherworldly experience as we crossed exciting Indiana-Jones-style suspension bridges through the stunning forest canopy to move from one long zipline to the next. Gorgeous, thrilling, and informative, and capped by a dip in a postcard waterfall in an idyllic glen. Our guides Dane and Jake were fantastic: patient, knowledgeable, and funny. They were careful and thorough with safety procedures... in fact, the whole setup, while genuinely exciting, is absolutely uncompromising regarding safety, with triply-redundant harness and suspension systems. Your heart may race but you are absolutely NOT going to fall. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. A little pricey to be sure, but very highly recommended.

Such a fun day with great guides! We enjoyed sampling local fruits and learning about the plants and wildlife on our hike. Always felt safe on the zip lines and bridges, get the picture package and no camera needed while zipping but bring along to take pics in the waterfalls and hike. Jump in the waterfalls for a swim - it’s cold but you won’t regret it and warm up on the hike. Everyone enjoyed the simple lunch. Dane was excellent!

The entire adventure was great: well-paced, with lots of added info from the guides about Hawaiian history, mythology, plants an animals. My 9-year-old says: it was really fun; the really long ziplines are fun if you remember you won’t fall! The waterfall pool was a little cold, but easy to get used to if you just get in.

The zip lines were great! The views were amazing. We loved the picnic spot overlooking the north shore. We loved swimming in the waterfalls. The guides were both amazing and patient with our girls. Dane and Curtis were both entertaining and informative. One of the highlights of our vacation.

When I tell you this is amazing, it really is! My friend and I had so much fun with the tour guides and the people in our group, it’s definitely something we will always remember. Decker, Tammi and Boo Boo were our tour guides and they are so lovely and hilarious XD The waterfalls and the views are stunning, especially learning history of the island will always be so much fun! DEFINITELY ADD THIS TO YOUR TRIP!! Thank you so much Kohala Zip-line for the experience!!

This was a true ALL day adventure. We had been looking forward to it since we booked it. A bit early and a bit pricey but totally worth it! The van (not Jeep as pictured on website) was very comfortable, clean and air conditioned and able to off road just as well as a Jeep. Dane and Kurtis were our guides. They were the BEST! Both were informative, professional, fun and awesome! Interesting stories and facts were shared along the way. We felt very safe throughout the whole adventure. They always checked to see how we were and looked out for us. The zip line experience was amazing. We had lunch at a beautiful ocean overlook. The waterfall was probably my most favorite even though every bit of the adventure was great. The only thing is that the pictures were not the best but that was probably because we were not the best subjects. Maybe to take a few more would have been helpful? It also would have been great to include a group photo. And maybe a short video for each going along the zip line might be a fun thing to include. Another suggestion might be nice to include a water bottle or t shirt or something with zip and dip logo as a momento. I know they did have t shirts available for sale in the gift store. We had a great time and definitely recommend to all! Mahalo!
