Meet with your host first at the meeting location, in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café located at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Exchange your vouchers to your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and from there join your host as they accompany you until the 2nd floor of the tower.

For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
