Bimini Day Trip on Cruise with RoundTrip Miami Transfer

Worst experience i ever encountered with viator, the app stated pick up at hotel was not until after i paid it stated i was not in pickup zone! I still provided all travel information and received an email several hours later informing of specifics like make your way to fort lauderdale to catch ship/ferry! Ido not know what the ferry name was anyway i would up at terminal 19 and bought another round trip ticket. It was not until after this 5 am transaction did i see report to terminal 21! The communication was terrible! I wrote to corporate office of contractor and was given a call after i was already in bimini in my own dime , and was told i would not receive any of my$600.00 plus back because of the lack of coordination communication and responsiveness.someone even wrote me from viator saying i woke up late thats why i missed ferry! BS will show parking receipt and receipt from the ferry i wound up paying twice for! Again terrible experience especially in terms of my money not being at least considered refunding a portion for services i never received. Read the fine print and hope there is a honest person that will give you the benefit of the doubt, and not collect money for nothing in return! Let's see now how your customer service quality system works!
