Your Itinerary

Seattle Waterfront

Puget Sound is Seattle's defining feature. We'll make sure to get a great look at the second-largest estuary in the United States, home to lots of boat traffic and marine life! We'll learn about the very first people to call Puget Sound home and get oriented to the surrounding area.

Pike Place Market

We spend some high-quality time in the Market and get to work! We'll food shop at some of my favorite vendors, then build a couple of local PNW snacks that showcase local products and the history of the region. Bonus points for creativity! This is one of my favorite parts of the tour. We'll be fueled up and ready for some walking.

The Virginia Inn

The corner of Virginia St. and 1st Ave (just a few steps from Pike Place Market) showcases a ton of Seattle history hidden in plain sight. We'll check out a few different buildings on this block that had a monumental impact on Seattle's history (and impacted millions of people far beyond Seattle!)

This was the best way to start our long weekend trip in Seattle. It gave us the lay of the land plus tidbits of trivia and history we wouldn’t have gotten in our own. I highly recommend this tour with Aidan.

I booked the event for my family, even though we live in Seattle, it was fascinating the history we learned about Seattle. The tour guide had a great personality, friendly, and highly informative! My parents are in their 80s and he was very patient, kind and would often confirm if they were doing okay. Then ending the tour with great Seattle treats topped off the tour! Thank you Aidan!

As someone who has lived in Seattle all my life, I can easily say this is a great tour for first time visitors! Even for residents of the area, you're still bound to enjoy yourself or learn a fun fact about the city that you weren't yet aware of. Aidan is an absolutely enthusiastic host who is more than happy to answer your questions. The food, especially the smoked salmon, was delicious! Highly recommend!

Did an hour long history tour with Aidan. Great intro to the history, even as a local. Had some awesome candied salmon and bread for an intro to the food. Loved it.
