We had a very enjoyable day on this small group tour. The group made four major stops during the nine hour trip. First stop was Blue Mountain Scenic World. We explored this area by cableway, railway, skyway and walkway. This area was beautiful and the rides added to the fun. The next stop was Katoomba Falls. Lots of steps, but it was worth it. The third stop Echo Point had a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The last stop after lunch was Featherdale Wildlife Park. The group viewed animal that were native to Australia and New Zealand. This was a nice end for a well planned day.

This was simply an amazing trip! Despite a drizzle of rain, this actually made the trip better. We had stunning views of the Blue Mountains, rain forest, waterfalls and cool weather. Menashe was terrific. Very knowledgeable and took us on some “extra” side trips to see kangaroos and see Olympic Park. Oh, and have I mentioned the donuts? The wildlife park was amazing and so much to see and experience. I highly recommend this tour. Perfect end to our stay in the Sydney area.

The Blue Mountains are beautiful and the tour stops were dramatic. We enjoyed the wildlife park stop as well. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the aboriginal culture and spirituality aspects of the area. The history of the European arrivals and their impact on the area was woven in as well. In addition we had a great morning tea stop and a great Australian lunch if meat/veggie pies.

It was a wonderful day touring with Menashe! Comfortable van with AC and nice large windows. Nice coffee stop with fresh scones. Good narration, learned many lessons about nature and history. We were lucky to have such beautiful weather. Local lunch with comfort food. Blue Mountain area gorgeous and fun rides up and down mountain. We finished with a visit to see the Australia koala and kangaroo. It was an amazing experience. Loved all of it! A big thank you to Menashe for sharing his love of nature and making this trip easy for us. He knows how to avoid the crowds!

As a mostly solo-traveler I’m always warmed by how welcoming the other members of small group tours are and this was no exception. The tour experience was great despite drawing the short straw weather wise causing a heavy mist to come in late afternoon. Even with the impact to the scenery it was still a great experience including a stop at a locals restaurant to experience the real cuisine which is always the best in my experience.

I would not recommend Zanza Tours to anybody. They changed our pickup point and gave us very poor directions as to where we were to be picked up. We missed out on this tour and lost the charges for this tour. Zanza tours would not refund us and after checking with Viator they also refused us our refund. The directions to our new pick up point were not clear as street names were not listed on the map Zanza tours supplied. So we ended in one spot and driver in another. Very poor personalized service and I will not deal with either Zanza tours or Viator again. Both companies do not look after their customers.

This is a fantastic tour that is well organized and really fun. The Blue Mountain is a gorgeous place that is worth the full day. We had a great time in the Featherdale Zoo and got to see several native Australian animals. Besides the kangaroos and koalas, I was amazed by the emus and the cassowary birds. We even got to feed the wild Cockatoo birds which was such a highlight. Amy was a fantastic guide and driver. She provided great information throughout the day and the day went really smooth. The breakfast and lunch provided was really good. I would highly recommend this tour.
