The Sutherland family, owners of Dunrobin Castle, allow guest to wander through many of its beautiful rooms which look like they have been frozen in time. The falconry display is often a highlight - Andy (the Falconer) has been working with birds of prey for over 25 years and his knowledge and passion shine throughout his presentation.
