It was so fun! Boat was clean and easy to navigate. Perfect putting on the lake, just wish we booked it longer than 3 hrs to be able to see a lot of the lake.

It was a beautiful experience..the weather wasn't good unfortunately, but we still had a great time driving around. It was easy to master the control too.

Stay well clear Be aware of this place their address on google maps and on their website is wrong Called them 5 times for them to only respond 20 minutes from the appointment with the real address When I explained that was unrealistic timing for me to make it there They gave me nothing but attitude Look at the screenshot below which clearly states their address and they still told me I was in the wrong

Far cheaper to hire a private boat than a tour which limits your freedom to explore parts of the lake you wish to go to. It made our stay at Lake Como exceptional, you want to go to thet part of the lake? Sure. Want to "park up" and start swimming? Sure. Amazing. Things to note: - Go for at least 3 hours, you will start to feel at ease taking in the sights around about 1 hour, the last thing you would want to do at this point is go back on land! - Communication regarding the time slot for the boat could be much better. There is no slot you choose on the website but this must be organised via direct messages on the site/email, the responses took 1-2 days to get back to me which was not helpful but this was booked within a week. - Using the boat is very easy but the instructions were rather lax/limited. For example, a warning light came up on the dashboard saying "engine tilt" which. means the propeller is too high/low from my very limited understanding. You have to raise/lower it to a certain position to fix this, this was not explained in enough detail instead "do not press this" was said, a demonsration was done and the propeller was left in the wrong position.

We used Nagi boat hire for an 3 hour booking, and it was the best experience of the entire holiday. We were swaying between a 3 hour booking and 5 hours, and wish we had gone for the 5 hours. It was absolute bliss. The staff were very helpful and responded very quickly to any question we had in advance of the hire. On the day it was so easy to meet the boat, and great recommendations were made for where on the lake we could go. It was so much fun, and would recommend this company and experience to anyone wanting to see and enjoy the best of Lake Como. We will definitely be back again!

We booked the boat for 5 hours, it was the perfect timing to take a good tour and see all interested points around the lake. It was an unforgettable experience. In addition Andrea was super nice and explained us everything so that we had the best and safe experience. I recommend !

Had an amazing time and the staff was so helpful and so friendly, took us out of the port and explained how to use the boat and then went back to the port themselves and left us to it to go out and explore on our own. Would highly recommend this to anyone going to lake Como, if there was more stars I would give them it. Boat was very easy to use and the views were incredible 10/10 experience

To start with the service was excellent. We weren't staying in Como and had a fairly long drive to get there so the company offered to meet in Como centre with the boat rather than at their office. We were slightly late but there was no feeling of being rushed to get on with our trip. An explanation of the workings of the boat and paperwork completed and we set off. We went for a 2hr trip and even though we arrived late we were still given the 2hrs. The boat was prefect for us, quick enough to get from point to point if required and has the manoeuvrability in small areas. We were lucky with the weather as it was glorious sunshine so the canopy overhead was much needed. Small set of steps out the back should it have been warmer to swim and plenty of storage if you wished to food/drink onboard. Even catered for our 2 year old with a life jacket. You do have to keep to eye out for floating debris (logs and branches) upon exiting the small marina at the start and upon return, so weaving in and out to make sure your propellor doesn't get damaged is a must but after that is it plain sailing. I would highly recommend them and if we return we will definitely be using them again The only thing would be that we would probably go for 3hrs so that we didn't have to speed back from our furthest point (can take days to see the whole lake). The owner was great in communications and explanations as we don't speak Italian but her English was perfect. The cost is of course going to be higher than the larger ships that go but the freedom and flexibility that you have with Nagi Lake Como Boats means that , in my eyes, is well worth it. We had a great experience!

Lake Como is stunning and being on a boat is a great way to see it. Even without a boating license or much experience, it was very easy to get around the lake. Overall a good boat and fine service from Nagi
