we thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine tour, good food and some local knowledge of the History of Bordeaux also provided which was an added extra. Food included pastries, cheese, coffee, bread and a small glass of wine to end with.

Very interesting tour full of the history and origins of food. I feel there was but too much history though. We expected to have had more actual eating of food and wine. Perhaps this tour would be more suited to a morning tour.

We loved the insights and knowledge Isabelle provided with our tour. Isabelle’s passion was evident - we loved the tour, food, wine and we were very impressed!

Great afternoon in bordeaux, our guise Isabelle was very cool, she speaks spanish which was great for my parents. Its a very relaxed and fun tour, we tasted authentic food and drinks like cheeses, bread, fruits, sweets and wine. Also the tour is friendly for babies, we did it with my 5 month old and no troubles at all. 5 stars.

Lovely to experience the atmosphere in Chartrons and sample some of the local produce. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the small number of people we had in the group (6) worked well. I liked the mix of food experience and local history / architecture. I would have liked to sample a few more evening / dinner tastes than we did and hence have less sweets / pastries but this would be the only change I'd propose.

Unfortunately, not worth the money. This tour was from 4 to 7 p.m. I expected a few more evening/dinner food tastes of decent portions. The tastings were very tiny and not worth the money of the tour. We also booked the 'No Diet Food Tour' for the following day. The No Diet Tour was only $64 (verses $96 for this tour) I'd bet half the money paid on the No Diet tour was spent on food tastings; and I bet only about 10% for this tour. On the No Diet food tour we were stuffed at the end and probably had double tastings as this one. At the end of this tour, we didn't feel like we had eaten anything of substance. Additionally, our tour director got lost twice and we had to backtrack.
