Raynie was delightful! It was just me and my dad and she had as much enthusiasm and energy while giving our tour as I imagine she’d have for a full group. We’ve never been to Milwaukee and it was a treat to have her guide us around the city and show off buildings and their history with a splash of the paranormal. Thanks for such a lovely evening Raynie!!!!! Cait and Dan

Rainey was a fabulous tour guide and we really enjoyed our time! She went above and beyond to make the most of our two person tour, and it was a great way to spend our first night in Milwaukee, learning our way around town while getting some spooky and interesting stories.

1 - we showed up 15 minutes before the tour started at the designated location, but no one was there. Waited 15 minutes, then started texting and calling Viator and the Tour Operator to ask what is going on. After several texts and a phone call, no one knows why there is no tour guide, and we are the only two people waiting on the tour. I then received a text 30 minutes after the tour informing me the tour is cancelled. So waiting in the cold for over 30 minutes, and no one knows why. I am still waiting on my refund. Will not use them again.

First time tour guide was not a good speaker, confused with facts and stories, very unsure of himself. Lots of hesitation and uncertainty. Poor use of terminology as well. Called the "Pfister Hotel" a 'motel', the Milwaukee river 'the lake' sever al times, and when recommending a small restaurant on a side street, paused a moment, looked at us, and said with uncertainty 'they also have food there'. Food, at a restaurant? imagine that! A lot of things this guide said made little sense, and there was a lot of repetition. On the other hand, the experienced guide who was accompanying him was personable and knowledgeable. He would have give a decent tour by himself. This tour was a waste of time, unfortunately.
