    Thank you Amelia and Guy for your welcoming, friendly nature, knowledge and professionalism that made our day at the farm enjoyable and fun. We’ve learned absolutely everything about Australian Perl’s farming, growing, cultivating and grading pearls first hand at the farm on land and also cruising beautiful surrounding waterways. The most interactive oysters testing session-the only place where you can try akoya oyster and shuck it, the freshest and very tasty oysters. Generous grazing board for lunch. Awesome, truly Australian experience.

    We did one of the short tours offered (seeding and cultivation of pearls). It was very interesting and a great local business to visit and support. We enjoyed the session and were much better educated about how pearls are cultivated and the remarkable farming of the oysters. If you are in the area, do visit, the tours are short but can also be added together for the whole process from visiting the oysters in the water through to how they are graded. I do recommend it.

    I was thrilled with the natural beauty. It was surrounded with the mountains & islands. Oster framing is a good idea in NSW

    The tour guide man he was very good person , me and my wife accepting to get some perals that wasn't available someone should have maintained at lest, in the website.

    We had a great day at the oyster farm, our young guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. We also had a lovely oyster tasting with Marina. She was fantastic and knew everything about the pearl and oyster industry. Of course, I couldn’t help but choose a beautiful pearl ring to take home with me. Marina was very gracious and I hope she got paid overtime as I know she went home late because of me. Sorry Marina. It was a wonderful afternoon☺️

    Take the 7.50am train from Central Station in Sydney, direction Newcastle for the Hawkesbury River Train Station. This train arrives at 8.50am. We will be ready to transfer you to your tour as soon as your train arrives. The transfer is only for guests booking the Oyster and Lovers Tour or the Shell to Showroom Tours. Transfer will return back to the train station at 1pm Please note that the price does not include the train fare.
