We run across the historic bridge and then, after additional activities on the Brooklyn side of the river, will power walk back across while we discuss the amazing history of this most iconic of NYC's attractions

Manhattan Bridge

We continue to stay active here in the shadow of the often overshadowed Manhattan Bridge! In what is truly one of the most "instagrammable" sights in all of NYC, we will go through a short yoga flow and take a few minutes for photo ops.

Brooklyn Bridge Park

Running! Core strengthening exercises! Yoga! All while taking in the stunning views of lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty!
