Absolutely amazing experience. Unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles but plenty of fish to see in their natural habitat 🐠, we even got to see a school of fish just near the boat which was super cool! We were snorkelling virgins so got a full explanation of what to do/not to do from the instructor prior to departing on the boat. Lots of advice given pre snorkel to avoid sea sickness, how to swim with the fins properly, how long the boat ride is, etc. The whole experience start to finish was flawless, really great guides that took us out to the turtle area, friendly, funny and professional. Would definitely recommend doing this to anyone who is interested or wants to do something different. We brought our phones in waterproof pouches for pictures but they didn’t work very well (pics on review) the guide took lots of pictures to email to us the next day though! Would definitely do it again on our next visit to Tenerife 🫶🏻⭐️

Tour name and description is not accurate. You are going snorkelling with first time divers who get all the attention of the guides. You're on your own in the deep sea as the tour guides are diving with other customers while you snorkel. The goggles kept on fogging up, therefore couldn't see much. Waves were quite strong, you have to be a good swimmer. Not worth the money.

The boat ride out to the snorkelling site was fun, we saw mainly fish but was still very cool experience. The only thing I would say is my partner and I found that between us one of the goggles kept misting up and one of the breathing tubes was faulty, so 50% of our equipment was poor, and there was no alternative equipment on the boat. Additionally, we went out at the same time with 4 people on a diving activity, so both instructors went off with the divers while leaving the snorkellers alone. It might have been nice if they actually gave you some attention and additionally if we got into trouble, they were busy underwater with the divers. So mixed experience, but enjoyed it none the less. The instructors were friendly and spoke good English though.

Can’t recommend the experience enough. Booked through our hotel which made it super easy. Transport to and from the hotel included. We went out Thursday morning (28/11/19) with Bo. It’s great to see someone so happy and knowledgeable about his work, it’s obvious how much he cares about both the wildlife and your experience! He makes the trip both educational and fun. Thanks for a great adventure!

We had a great experience scuba diving with Zero Gravity. We were six; 16,19,22,23,48 and 49 year olds. One hadn´t scuba dived before. We all got a chance to try the equipment in hour hotel pool. The company has a good location in Puerto Colon, we received verbal instructions there and then there was a 15 min boat ride to the scuba diving spot. There were three instructors and they dived with three people at a time. The others could snorkle while waiting. The instructors regulated the air in your vest so diving was easy. We felt sorry for a couple with us who hadn´t suba dived before (and didn´t try it in a pool beforehand) who got uncomfortable and didn´t dive at all. We saw a lot of fish, an octopus..... no turtle. Very pretty and clear sea. Recommend the company but if you are nervous you should try the equipment in a pool first.

mangelhafte ausrüstung, null betreuung, keine geeigneten bedingungen zum schnorcheln. wir hatten schnorcheln gebucht, wurden aber einer tauchergruppe zugeordnet. die ersten 30 min vergingen mit deren einweisung. da wir aufgrund der bewegten see mit dem äusserst einfachen equipment nicht schnorcheln konnten, saßen wir dann noch eine reichliche stunde auf dem schaukelnden boot bis die taucher wieder oben waren. 80 euro für gaaar nix.

Wir hatten eigentlich über TripAdvisor etwas gebucht und wurden im Hotel noch angesprochen - wir waren skeptisch hatten aber Vertrauen! Der Preis war gleich, aber die "Story" besser! Abholung, Einweisung, das Team, die Fahrt und natürlich dasErlebnis waren Spitze - Super Kommunikation, pünktliche Abholung und Rücktransfer und "lustiger" Guide rundeten das Erlebnis ab UND wir haben eine Schildkröte "hautnah" gesehen und 10m vor dem Boot sprangen die Delfine! DANKE Zero Gravity Scuba Diving!

Vi fik en virkeligt dårlig dykker / snorkel oplevelse - hvor det føles usikkert oh uinspirerende! Vi skulle prøve at snorkle hele familien med 4 børn. Vi fik at vide vi ville få en sikker eksklusiv og spændende oplevelse - vi fik en tur til et sted med 9 andre dykkerbåde som sejlede til fra og det virkede meget usikkert og vores kaptajn gik mere op i hans båd lå godt fortøjret end at give os en god oplevelse - han pegede blot på et sted vi kunne svømme hen! Vi troede vi ville få en guidede tur hvor han ville hjælpe os med en god oplevelse. Det fik vi IKKE!!!
