    great trip. There was a problem with the bus bus Viator worked it all out so we could still enjoy the tour

    We enjoyed our day and our guide Alan was good but having been to both Wndsor and Buckingham Palace we missed the grandeur of the view from the long walk and the front entrance view of Buckingham Palace.

    The castle was magnificent full of opulence and splendour. Our guide James was a walking encyclopaedia, very knowledgeable, witty and funny. Our bus driver Raphael was courteous and friendly and most importantly and good driver. We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely by back again

    James was a great guide. He gave lots of information during the bus ride to Windsor. Lots of waiting both before and after seeing the castle.

    James was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable and it is obvious that he loves what he does. If you’re lucky enough to get him, you’ll learn a ton as well as laugh a ton too! Great tour overall with some stunning & breathtaking views.
