Joel was very knowledgeable and presented a lot of information we did not know with a touch of humor that kept us involved. A must do tour for the whole family, we were a Veterans group and he knew how to relate with us, excellent.

Really enjoyed all the surprises. The grain silos were fascinating as was the boat shed. And our Outer Harbor and Canalside are true gems! But loved learning more about the grain elevators and the Erie Canal and our heritage! Cannot wait to do a barge run on the canal with donkeys.

We were treated to a walking tour of the grain silos before hopping on the famous Buffalo Double Decker Bus. Our guide, Officer O’Connor fed us a steady stream of obscure historical facts, bizarre legends and improvisational humor. He worked the crowd, using his knowledge of the participants to fashion a meaningful experience nor both native Buffalonians and out of state visitors. These tours (seven different venues at the present time) are not only incredibly memorable but an excellent value for the money. We plan to take additional tours in the near future!

Wow, what an experience! The tour was fun and our tour guide funny! I learned and laughed so much!! But what really made this trip amazing, is that it renewed my faith in humanity! My son ended up not feeling well during the tour, to the point that we decided he has to go to the emergency room. John, our amazing driver, after dropping off everyone, decided to keep us on the bus and drive us to the emergency room himself! His kindness will not be forgotten, this is something that my son and I will remember forever! If I could give this company a 100 stars on this review I would without hesitation! Please book the tour and tell John and Captain O’Connor that you read my review and I thank them! Make them feel special, because they certainly are and made me and my son feel special as well today! Thank you!
