Don't take this excursion. Booked and sent 3 emails to tour operator, requesting timing. No answer - until I had already left. I had given the name of my cruise ship and arrival/departure times. On arrival at Cadiz exited the port and there was no one waiting, no-one I asked had heard of the tour company.. Tried calling the number listed on the ticket and it was disconnected! After a wait of 2 hours gave up.

Nobody fetched us. Telephone was not answered. We were left standed at the harbour. This was very upsetting.

We let the company know we would be on a cruise. They did not send us the meeting place before we left but provided a phone contact number. Upon arrival at Cadiz we found the number had been disconnected. We had help from two other tour operators that were very kind but also unable to contact our tour company. We wandered around for quite some time looking for anyone with a sign or our group to no avail, the tour was missed. When I requested a refund, my request was denied. They said other people were able to find them and they were not responsible for the inaccurate contact information. My error; I should have read some of the other reviews before booking!! Lesson learned, read reviews!

Upon arriving at our port, there was no one to meet us nor any information given except a phone number. The number was no longer in service. We found out later they had sent an email but since we were on a cruise ship we had no internet. The phone number was our only method of communication. We have attempted to contact them by email for a refund but we have received no response in a week.

Great Excursion , Our guides Barbra and , were awesome . It was raining and the directions provided were ambiguous and vague .They found us and provided a fun day . . So many things to see from the 1927 Spanish /American Expo to downtown Seville to Cathedrals to Al Cazar to Barrio Santa . Prebook your entrance tix to avoid long lines .We will return to Sevlile and spend a week

<p>This tour was difficult from the start. Leaving the port and walking to a destination outside of the port to meet the tour was very difficult, and FAR for those who had even some slight problems walking. Hard to follow written directions to meeting spot. Tour guide finally showed up, very ill-prepared, no lists of tour guests and did not seem to be able to properly understand our questions. When we finally got to the bus her explanations to the areas we were driving through were incomplete, and not very informative. Her concern was the weather and the movement of the clouds. <br/> I would say that unless the tour company was changed I'd stay away from this one! Seville on your own would be wonderful.</p>

Offered several tours that we were interested in both in Cadiz (to Seville) and Malaga. Tried over and over again to e-mail. Totally unresponsive. Booked via Chase Travel- couldn't get Sights and Bikes to confirm with detail - pickup time, point of departure- simple requests or even acknowledge the booking. Cancelled in desperation. They do not even answer the phone that was given to us for contact in Spain. Cancelled and received refund. There are better tour operators who are MUCH MORE COMMUNICATIONS ADEPT. AVOID THESE GUYS. Obviously too busy to care!

<p>This tour was to be on our own with just a bus ride with guide to Seville. When we arrived the guide up-sold us on the full tour and, although it was quite a bit more expensive than we had planned, it was a very good tour. The only issue was that we were hurried through the Cathedral in order to get out and be given time on our own. We would have preferred to spend more time in the Cathedral.</p>

<p>Enjoyable tour spoiled by long delay in leaving Cadiz due chaos in meet-up arrangements caused by poor Viator wording of requirement for clients to contact local operator by email/phone for detailed meet-up instructions, and initial refusal of guide on tour bus to give summary of sights in Seville and provide map of Seville - latter subsequently remedied and clients given short bus tour of Cadiz on return as compensation for problems.<br/> Seville very impressive and well worth visit including interesting countryside drive from Cadiz. Drop off point close and easy walking to Cathedral, Palace, and city centre</p>

<p>The tour was exactly what we expected but we had great difficulty confirming it. I tried from home -- no answer. I had the ships personnel attempt to call, again no answer my tour guide the day prior to Cadiz was able to leave a message in Spanish to the company and I then received an email confirmation.
