We had a great day making cheese with Marino on a local family's farm. We made two types of cheese, went on a tour of the family farm, and then ate the most authentic Italian food we'd ever had.The family cooked the lunch, and we were invited into their home to enjoy the meal. The food was delicious! Marino was an excellent tour guide who also recommended other amazing locations in the area for us to visit. We will definitely contact him again if we are ever in the Abuzzo region.

Oh what fun! This was a fantastic hands on experience with real life cheesemakers & organic farmers. Giuseppe & Adele were great hosts & answered all our questions. After the cheesemaking, we visited the farm animals and then enjoyed a light snack of homemade prosciutto, salami, cheeses and spreads ... with local wine 🍷 of course! Marino was an excellent guide - his translation skills were flawless, his easy friendly manner was engaging, and his love of Abruzzo & his business partners was authentic (just ask him about how he found & partnered with Giuseppe & Adele)! A day we will always remember! Grazie Mille 🧀
