    omt use this provider booked it with audio there is no guide, the castle staff told me they don’t provide audio the provides suppose to send you link for the audio to be downloaded. We haven’t received any link there was no one to ask anything ended up walking around without any information. Pay fee £ extra and you get a guide that meet you there and provides you with all the history otherwise not worth the money you might as well go there get a cheap ticket and walk around by yourself!!!

    We have visited the castle San Angelo yesterday morning. I needed help to download the audioguide. The man who has assisted me has been great ! Just a phone call, some messages on whatsapp and the problem was solved: I received a link to download the audioguide. The visit was very interesting and the view is beautiful. Thanks a lot for this experience !

    Great venue. They do not accept QR codes. We eventually were admitted but on our own without the audio. Fabulous views and refreshments near the top level.

    Some of the reviews here seem to have been direct with Dooing. We booked via GetYourGuide, and I would not recommend it. We paid for the audio guides for smartphone and there was no clue from GYG how to download them. We scanned their QR patch, but only got their own app, which didn't help. Also got no response from either them or Dooing on the subject. I've asked for that cost to be refunded and neither has responded. Having said that, the castle visit is very worthwhile. Fabulous interiors and great views. Just make sure it is one with a courier who meets you. Our tickets were emailed night before, with no courier on site and the GYG emails are very contradictory in several areas. We rescued another couple who were shut out because the email went astray.

    Out of the 15 tours we scheduled this one gave us issues. So many emails with confusing information. Hard to get the tickets. I thought the email with the QRC code was it. Turned out we needed a barcode in another email as an attachment. Almost missed doing this completely. Never got the audio equipment email. Would not use this company again.
