Don’t hesitate to spend an afternoon in Segovia in the company of Nacho, a great scholar generous in sharing his knowledge. A very informative getaway! Many pages of Spanish history have been written here. It is also a visit conducive to rich reflections on biblical texts and a review of Greek mythology. An Exciting visit accessible to all ages. I highly recommend.

This is a fantastic day trip for people on a tight schedule. My wife and I were in Madrid for 2 and a half days and managed to squeeze in this amazing opportunity to see a beautiful city/castle/aqueduct. My wife and I are not the guided tour type. We like to move a little quicker and take in as much as possible. Our guides were perfect for us. They were thorough and efficient. They guaranteed we would be back at the office by 14-1415 depending on traffic and we got back at 1410 so we could plan more for the afternoom. We got to experience Alcaraz, the city, the Cathedral, and the aqueduct and still have about 30 minutes in the heart of the city to grab a snack and explore the aqueduct more on our own. Everything about this trip is ideal! The bus is comfortable, the timing is perfect, the guides were great. This was easily my favorite part of our 10 day trip to Europe. Highly recommend!!!!!

Are we being scammed???? In Madrid last week, we booked a day trip to Segovia with Julia Travel in Madrid that was cancelled — due to electrical outage in Julia Travel’s system (see their email to me, below). Their notice came too late and they offered us a trip for the 14th. But that was the day we departed Spain. Julia Travel should give us a full refund, but now it is not even responding to my email. We did the guided tour at noon in the afternoon to Segovia and our guide Jorge was very professional as well as attentive, since I was with a small child and he made the visit fun as well as enjoyable so that the child did not get tired and could enjoy of the entire journey.
