NOTE: This trail goes along a pine forest and a beach area where galloping is possible. Riders must come comfortably dressed and without slippers on the feet. Sun protect can be advisable for people with more sensitive skin. For more safety we have different sizes of helmets to borough. We offer bottles of water. According to our concept of natural horsemanship, in which we privilege the mutual respect between horse and rider, we hope that it will be a moment of sharing and happiness for the whole group.

The trip was worth every penny. Everyone involved from the staff side was super friendly and kind throughout the day. The horses were super kind and easy to work with too (I probably could have slept in the saddle the entire time and there would not have been any issues). Our guide was charming and it didn't bother at all that we didn't have a common language. The landscape was phenomenal, and as the icing on the cake we got to taste local cheese and wine too. They even picked us up car on the morning and gave us a ride back to our desired location in Lisbon to end the day. Can't recommend enough!

It was a beautiful tour through the valley and grape vineyards, just was expecting a larger lunch than just the charcuterie board and wine. Also was hoping to gallop more. Overall, amazing, just not sure it was worth 200, I wish I had gone with the beach tour.

My daughter and I enjoyed a spectacular 2 hour ride on the beach with Antonio. The setting with the cliffs and waves was breathtaking, the horses were energetic and well trained, and we enjoyed many opportunities to trot and canter along the beach. Carlos kept in great communication with us and went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel outside Lisbon. We like to ride on vacation and this was absolutely at the top of our experiences anywhere in the world. It exceeded all of our expectations - I very highly recommend this tour.

Great experience! The horses were beautiful and responsive. The trail was lovely with great riding opportunities. Lunch at the winery was a wonderful experience. And the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My 25-year old daughter and I went on the 5-6 hour mountain horseback riding tour in the Arrabida area. The experience was amazing. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. We rode on absolutely beautiful mountain trails with amazing vistas for 2 hours, stopped for a wonderful lunch experience that included local wines and delicious cold cut meats and sheep cheese from the local farms. After lunch we rode horseback for 2 more hours. The transportation from Lisbon to the horseback riding event was provided. The customer service was excellent for every step of the process. Our horseback riding tour guide was wonderful. He is an expert equestrian and an expert on the history of the Setubal area. He tailored the excursion to our level of experience with horseback riding. If you like horses and horseback riding on beautiful mountain trails, then I would highly recommend this tour.

We were not expecting a private tour! Horses and guides were great. 4.5 hrs on horseback was exhausting even for people with riding experience. Tons of up and downs thru the mountain and we were sore for days after. The winery we had lunch at was cute, be aware they are closed during lunch so we were unable to go into the winery or buy any wine to take home. Check with your guides as soon as you get there if you want to go in before lunch. We did some galloping on the way back which was fun. The private pickup near our Airbnb was very accommodating and comfortable and our driver was very nice. The host was in contact multiple times to make sure pickup went well and that we enjoyed our trip.

This riding tour was exellent, well planed, well informed, well completed. Reservation of the trip was easy. The operator was in wa-contact about the details of the riding. We where picked up and returned near to our hotel. We rode with lovely safe horses just the twosome with my doughter with guide with great mountain wiews. Felt like wild nature. We rode many hours, and visited lovely wineyard, were we ate light lunch with local wine. Trip took 7 hours from door to door. Exellent tour!

It was such a nice experience. I can say it was the most interesting and unforgettable moment I had in Portugal (also for my husband) - we did gallop in the vineyard and the field with full of flowers. 🥰🥰 Everything was very well arranged and planed. Our tour operator and guide were so helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this activity. When we come back to Portugal again, we will for sure do this again. Thank you so much really. 🥰🥰
