Half an hour boat ride. Advertisement say an hour. No gator or much of animal to see. Staffs are friendly.

This is really a scam to tell you the truth. 1. The boat ride is NOT for an hour or two, it was 30 minutes. 2. After we got tickets and as soon as we checked in, they told us there is no gator during the day. If you want to watch a gator you have to go on the 8pm ride. SMH We already paid for a non refundable tickets and now you tell me that there is no gator during the day??? 2. They told us you can show up anytime up to 5pm and they made us wait for an hour. They don't care how long people wait as long as they have people lined up for their business. VERY disappointing. Other people were complaining about the same thing as well.

Great time on the water, saw two alligators and lots of birds. Something to do right outside of Disney, bout 30 minutes away. Go early and wear bug repellent.

Excellent experience. Saw no alligators but was told it’s not really alligators season. Nice peaceful ride through the Everglades about 45min long. Scenery was great.

Took my step children because they have never been, they enjoyed it and got to see 2 gators. They're from up north and never see anything like that.

Such a fun experience! The guides were great and we saw 3-4 alligators. They could spot them a mile away and then zip back around for us to see. Our boat captain also gave us other places to see in Florida along with directions. We did the 30 minute tour because we weren’t sure if a few of us would get sick, but all good!! I wish we would have done the hour tour. Pro tip: bring sunscreen!
