Absolutely awful experience that didn’t happen. We booked 6 weeks in advance. Zero communication from the owner, Cryus, other than running our card for $1200, until we reach out the day before to confirm. Cryus then reached out at 6pm the night before to let us know he had failed to make reservations at Veuve and asked as to let him know asap if we wanted to cancel or do an alternative champagne house. We asked a for a discount and told him we were upset. He then cancelled the tour saying he doesn’t serve angry people. We probably dodged a bullet not having to sit in the car with this man driving us for 12 hours, but his poor planning and poor communication definitely negatively impacted our trip.

I did not get what I signed up. Was told Moët filled up and they claimed we would see a comparable place which we did not. Strangest people driving you around with little explanation. Horrible communication.

Una meraviglia, esperienza fantastica una serie di cunicoli, e grotte dove viene messo a riposo il vino, ingresso a euro 26 a persona con degustazione.
