This was a total rip off. We had no tour guide, only a driver. We visited only ONE winery, and it was not one of the wineries listed on the itinerary. We had only two glasses of champagne. Totally misrepresented. We were told they had trouble booking the wineries because it was spring break in France and everything was sold out. We booked this months in advance, so it that was the case why did they accept our reservation. The tour operator blames Viator, and Viator said there is nothing they can do. Beware of this scam excursion!!!!!!

Champagne is not a city, but a real paradise, where I was able to make an unforgettable trip that will forever remain in my memory. The city tour left a pleasant impression. They are not lying when they are telling you it will be 9-12 champagne glasses. This company is awesome, just let them know where you would like to go. And confirm the booking in advance because the champagne houses are getting booked pretty easily - we learnt that from our tour guide. Sorry if we were too loud on the way back. Loved this experience.

We are a group of friends who decided to go to the chamber region the last minute. Luckily Tour Up in Europe accepted our request. In February many houses were closed for the winter period, but we still managed to go to some very beautiful houses! Thank you for stopping at the gorgeous view point it was so worth it! Sorry if we were a bit too noise (meaning drunk lol) on the way back to Paris. Cheers!

We booked this trip for our last day of hollidays in France and it was literally a final taste ! Valerie explained everything we had to know about the history of champagne, so we can now look clever while drinking :p My only advice will be to ask before puting air conditioning in the car because one of my friend get easily sick (but it is really a little detail).

It was my dream to go on a tour to the Champagne region. The provider we booked before cancelled the last minute but luckily Tour Up in Europe was there for us and agreed to organise the trip. We loved the organisation all the explanation at each house! Next time want to go to Burgundy with them!
