What to expect
Pitt Street Bridge
Pitt street bridge gives riders the view of Fort Sumter and Charleston Harbor. This park has wonderful views of the sunset, it is often overlooked by visitors but thoroughly enjoyed by locals.
Old Village Historic District
This is the Old Village business district. This is the main filming location of Netflix show Outer Banks. These shops are stuck in time with a trendy restaurant and cute shops, there is even a 1950's soda fountain. This is a true hidden gem for Charleston.
Shem Creek
This is a can't miss destination and a favorite for locals!! Riders will see shrimp boats, water sports, wild dolphins and have a variety of restaurants to choose from. There is so much to do here including sitting by the harbor and watch the sunset. Here we will ride on boardwalks and marsh walks to get breathtaking views
Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park
This is the access point to a brand new waterfront trail system that connects Ravenel Bridge to Patriots point.
Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum
This is our first stop at Patriots Point. You will get a broad side view of USS Yorktown with views of its deck that is filled with fighter planes. Riders may see Helicopters that regularly take off from this point. USS Yorktown is Patriots Points main attraction. We will also show you the USS Yorktown very close at the second location at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina, this is an often overlooked but very up close perspective of the aircraft carrier. The Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina which is the home of the College of Charleston Sailing team. Dolphin sitings are common from this second location as well.
Patriots Point Cold War Submarine Memorial
This is a large submarine that has been buried in land to become a memorial to submariners.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
