What to expect
First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte
Across the street from this historic church is the leafy sanctuary of the Old Settler's Cemetery - one of the first and oldest burial grounds in the state. Many gravesites where disturbed, corpses stolen and the ghosts of early settlers still wander the grounds at night.
Charlotte Fire Department - Station 4
This two-story Victorian fire station was in operation starting in 1927 and has seen its fair share of tragedy. In the line of duty, firefighters who lost their lives are believed to still haunt the building to this day. Hear the spooky tales of what many have encountered here.
400 N Poplar St
The Bootlegger House dates back to the 1920s during the prohibition. There is a secret door in the foyer where bootleggers stored their illicit booze. Much has happened at this location leading to mischievous and spooky spirits that haunt the grounds.
McNinch House Restaurant
Built in 1892 - this historic structure is one of the few buildings that have withstood the test of time. The owner of the home in the 1970s sadly passed away in a tragic accident. Visitors claim that her spirit has never left. Find out what strange encounters people experience.
Elevate at Tryon
Long ago this structure caught fire, resulting in one of the most devastating fires in Charlotte's history. 6 people perished and 9 were severely injured. You might think twice about renting an apartment in this building after you hear what haunts these grounds.
McGlohon Theater at Spirit Square
This elegant building was originally the First Baptist Church of Charlotte and served church-goers for over 70 years. After converting to a performing arts theatre, the area became known as the Bermuda Triangle and has seen a fair share of ghostly sightings between the buildings.
