Amy was an awesome tour guide. She communicated her knowledge and her passion for the Chilakoot Lake area and the animals that inhabit it. She was a lot of fun too she helped us locate Eagles and big woolly white goats in the mountains with our cameras and binoculars just terrific! hi Amy’s mom! Amy was doing great as of June 11.

We had a wonderful small group tour with Garrett. His knowledge of the area was very impressive. We saw nature at its best and he explained the significance of what we were seeing. He went above and beyond and even air dropped the photos that he took through his spotting scope.

Haine is just the most beautiful town we cruised in Alaska. Small but really scenic. Our guide, Amy picked us up from the harbour and drove us up to beautiful Lake Chilkoot. We saw some bald eagles, but no bears (not spawning season yet). She is knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information of the local fauna and flora. Great experience.

We were met at our ship and travelled in a clean mini bus. We travelled along the Chilkoot River and saw a Mumma brown bear with her 2 cubs due to the persistence of our wonderful guide. We also sat multiple eagle, other birds and a seal. Thanks for making my dreams come true.

Ponytalebow

The Grizzly Bears, River, Mountains, Fjord and Eagle views were breathtaking! We saw a Mama bear and two cub toddlers! A bucket list trip for sure. We took a ferry to Haines and safely viewed nature, and had small hike and lunch.
