We were able to actually see, hear, smell and taste chocolates right in front of our eyes. We experienced the rich history of confection craftsmanship in Saint Louis, with the skill passed down from generation to generation.

This is a great way to experience St. Louis sweets, and each of the three chocolate stops had its own contribution to a memorable day (and heavy shopping bags). Adding other sweet stops was a needed balance, trust me. Ryan is a thoughtful and generous tour guide, and having a local take you around their city makes everybody's (aka me the would-be driver's) day better. Not every store employee shows up as the perfect historian and Ryan asked great leading questions to make our experience more memorable. Could you do this yourself? Sure, but this way is much more fun, educational, and personalized and definitely worth the money. Thank you Ryan for a fantastic day and milestone birthday celebration for my bestie!
