Not having visited Margaret River for years, we decided a full day’s wine tour would be a great opportunity for both of us to sample some of the region’s wine without driving. Our driver and guide for the day was Tony and he was perfect: entertaining, funny, knowledgeable and punctual. We were collected from our campsite and driven to Xanadu Winery, Voyager Estate and then to Olio Bello organic olive oil farm for a delicious lunch and a chance to taste (& buy) some of their amazing produce. In the afternoon we were taken to Edwards Estate Vineyard and finally Jarvis Estate via a brief but beautiful detour to the spectacular Gracetown Lookout. The day was rounded off by a welcome pint in the Margaret River Brewhouse before being dropped back at our respective accommodations. The tour itself was fantastic, taking the hassle out of wine (& beer) tasting, but it was definitely Tony’s repartee and jovial spirit that helped the group to get on so well and enjoy the experience.

Good selection of wineries 2 classic and 2 boutique. Timing was good and neither too rushed or too slow. The restaurant for lunch and food very good. The driver was informative but not over the top. The cleansing ale at the brewery was a great way to finish. A very well planned itinerary and operated professionally.

Operator never turned up. Impossible to get hold of operator Tour time start was 1000…we arrived 0930 at pick up. It was claimed that driver left 0945. No one there. Verified with hotel (pick up point) our arrival time at hotel reception. Have requested a full refund and waiting for now What a disappointing day. We had to drive ourselves and was impossible to have lunch at any of the wine estates as they were all pre booked and full.

I went on the all day wine tour with friends to celebrate my 30th Birthday. From the moment that Tony picked us up he went above and beyond to make my day special, offering to take photographs of the group, assisting me in getting extra 'birthday' wine tastings and even getting the group to sing me happy birthday at the last stop of the day. I couldn't recommend this tour, or Tony more highly. Thanks for a great day!

What a great way to visit the Margaret River wineries, meet an interesting bunch of people, enjoy a delicious lunch and learn lots about the industry on the way, not to mention tasting a lot of great wines. Our tour driver for the day, John, picked us up at 9.40am and we were in the first vineyard as it opened at 10am ready to begin our day’s wine tasting. We visited 2 large commercial vineyards, Xanadu and Voyager in the morning, and 2 smaller family-run cellar door only type vineyards in the afternoon, Jarvis and Edwards. They were all very different and we learned a lot from John about each winery, as well as a host of other interesting facts about the local area. There were only 4 of us on the morning part of the tour but we were joined by a further group of 5 for the afternoon - a very friendly international group which made the day even more enjoyable. Lunch was organised at Olio Bello, delicious food on the outdoor terrace with a glass of wine included. We finished the day by visiting the Margaret River Brewhouse for a cooling ale and plate of chips and were back at our guesthouse by 5pm. Highly recommended and great value.

A fantastic day led by a very engaging and knowledgeable host, Tony. Visited 4 excellent cellar doors, had a lovely a la carte lunch, and perfectly finished off the day at a brewery for a cleansing ale. We had a great day with Tony as our guide. Visited 5 wineries each with their own personalities. The small group of 12 were from various parts of the globe and we even had a successful marriage proposal amongst us before our very eyes! The pick up from our accommodation was spot on time and the vehicle very comfortable and clean. Strongly recommend this tour.

We are so glad we booked this tour with Tony as our host. We really appreciated his organization skills, great driving, great relationships with local winery staff, but at same time laid back approach and friendly demeanor. We are WA locals and have had many visits to the area but wanted to be spoiled for my husband’s birthday. We were not disappointed in any aspect. We enjoyed the company of the other 11 travelers from interstate and overseas. The day is planned with a good variety of stops and adequate time allowed at each destination. We particularly loved the two boutique wineries we visited later in the day.

This tour is a lie offers a beautiful lunch at Leuwin Estate when really it was only lunch at obella a olive oil place does not compare!!

Such a wonderful day with Lois, visited some super wineries with very good wines. Lois was so friendly and accommodating. Very glad we chose to go with this wine tour. A delightful experience. Lunch was delicious too.
