Excellent experience at the Bénédictine Palace! We loved the guided tour, the tasting of the three expressions of Bénédictine, as well as the preparation and tasting of our three cocktails. We can only recommend that you let yourself be tempted by the experience. There is the possibility of coming 45 minutes in advance to visit the museum - palace. Our guide, Françoise, was really great! THANKS !

Okay so I think we will have eaten it before!!! Then you ask to have a sweet pancake for dessert, and well, no, it’s not possible before 2:00 p.m.!!!! It's true that at the same time, there were 3 tables to be served, and that the creper is overwhelmed since he spends his time chatting with the room staff all grouped around the hot deck to hit the caussette... and so it's also difficult to get a drink.!!! In short, very bad experience! Too bad the setting is lovely! Go eat in town instead! In addition, you leave the restaurant to buy bottles of Benedictine, you take your bottles towards the cash register and the person!!!! You are still waiting for anyone so you leave! And leave your purchases at the checkout! At least you can pick up a flayer at the checkout who tells you that you can order online with a percentage discount!!!

We were in this majestic Palace for an introduction to cocktails. After a magnificent site visit, we learned about the art of cocktails. A very nice discovery and a very warm welcome

Complicated and very long service while there was little crowd, the waitresses were more than very friendly. The service remains long even though there are only 3 cokes, 3 stones, a glass of water (glass of water served hot). And finally the bar does not give change. Absolutely no desire to tip them!

Absolutely avoid! Choose one of the numerous distilleries in Normandy. The organization is deplorable. Self-guided visits are PROHIBITED. We were made to wait 1.5 hours for a tour to be grouped together to see 1/10th of what you can see at another distillery. Useless blabla so what a visit to the museum (very dusty) could well be done with audio guides which are nevertheless very effective in all the museums and places (like the fisheries museum) that we were able to visit. We don't get much for the price of the ticket. The objective of the place is to sell you Benedictine by relying heavily on the manufacturing secret, the bottling of which is not done on site but... in the Gard. Brief ! Window dressing
