Booked as an excursion while cruising. Provided the operator my address and viator messaged multiple times. Didn’t receive a response until late in the evening before arriving with no confirmation of whether or not we would be picked up as advertised. Instead the operator sent a map of the departure point with no specific instructions. This was a 9:30 excursion, in the message from the operator about 12 hours before the excursion we were told we need to be there at 8:45am. The port was 7 miles away but 1 hour by taxi because of limited availability. Vendor did not answer the morning of the tour, didn’t answer our calls or calls/emails from Viator. Appeared to be a great excursion but very poor experience.

It was perfect. We had fun with our family. We left at about 9.00 in the morning but the weather was so nice. Beautiful places, good time to snorkering too.

Our guides were super awesome, cave was brief but super cool. Being able to play at the end solo was a bonus before we came back in. The only feedback I would give is our jet ski maxed out at 38 with two adults on it. My client who rode solo was able to go the max allowed 55 without a problem. Finding the place was super confusing and it wasn't clear about where was best to park so we parked in town and walked onto the pier. Fyi there is pier parking. We walked down the wrong side of the pier to the left, not straight so we were late but luckily they still accommodated us and even let my man join us last minute. Heads up there are no lockers onsite so don't bring much or be okay with leaving it at their private dock. We left things and they were safe. There's a small space on the jet ski for phones and wallets to stay dry. Our guide took and gave us pics which was super kind as well! We will def be back with more clients and friends who come to visit us in Mallorca.
