The New Orleans City Tour was excellent with Gary K! The trip to the plantation was not a very good experience. The driver did not explain ANYTHING and barely spoke! Drove way too fast and did not even announce drop off location when returning us to our hotels. We barely got off the bus and the doors were closing and he was driving off. No idea what his name was since he said NOTHING! This was the Tuesday trip with pickup for the plantation 8-8:30am.

We enjoyed the New Orleans City tour the most. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We visited all of the major areas of the city. Would highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed ourselves Very informative & comfortable ride. Our expectations were met. I will recommend the Oak Alley Plantation & City Tour to everyone who visits.

Southern tours told me you had the wrong time and also overbooked the plantation trip. I am expecting a refund for that part of the trip The afternoon tour bus was filthy and barely air conditioned.

Prompt pick up and drop off. Excellent tour. No hassles of waiting in line. I’ve used them in the past and the service does not disappoint. A big 10!!

Oak Alley was great and Andy was wonderful on the city tour. Showed and told us so much information.

Wouldn't recommend this combo tour. It is actually two different tours and not one. There is a a break in between and they pick you up at your hotel twice. Well, at least in theory... While someone showed up for the first part (Oak Alley Plantation), no one showed up for the second part (New Orleans City Tours) at my hotel anymore. I waited half an hour in the lobby of my hotel for nothing. When I called the company, they said that they had to cancel because not enough people had signed up. They claimed that they emailed everyone who had booked via Viator about the cancellation. Nice, because I had booked via Tripadvisor and no one had thought about informing me. I definitely have no email from them. Also, the first tour of Oak Alley plantation was a bit underwhelming. Most of the tour is driving there, there is not much to see, the driver was super unmotivated and made that clear, and there were not even functioning seat-belts at most seats of the bus though you go an highway to get there. Everyone was jumping up and down in their seats with every pothole in the road as their buses basically have no damper it seems. Would certainly not book again.

Oak Alley was great- was scared about having enough time to see everything and make it back for the city tour. Definitely no time to eat between yours. City tour was awesome! Learned so much about the history of New Orleans and had a great time seeing the whole city. Gary was informative, fun, and a great driver. He sent texts to the group with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Highly recommend!

The tour was fine, unfortunately there was a major traffic jam (not the drivers fault), and we were delayed in both directions. During the rush to get around traffic, the ride was very rough and uncomfortable.
