Our host, Martina, was fabulous. She shared about life and culture in Bologna while preparing and doing our cooking lesson. The appetizer- bruschetta - that she prepared was delicious! Sharing her recipes for each of our dishes. Her home was clean and comfortable and she was very welcoming. Totally a 10 experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening with Paolo as she shared her techniques and recipes for making pasta and Tiramisu. We learned how to make tortelloni and tagliatelle noodles, which were delicious with the different sauces they were prepared with. We throughly enjoyed our dinner and our time in her home! We highly recommend taking this pasta making class! Now we can't wait to try it on our own!

Oriana was a lovely, hilarious and generous host. Her rooftop terrace was amazing with great views. The wine was flowing, she was an amazing teacher, we made two types of pasta and tiramisu and ate it together at the end. We had two other besties in our group from USA and we had an amazing girly evening ❤️. Shout out Ashley and Erin you two were a hoot 🫶.

This was our favorite thing we did in Italy. Oriana was such an amazing host and teacher. She regaled us with hilarious stories and certainly told us the truth on how our pasta making was coming along. 😂 It was all in good fun and we were paired with two friends from UK and we all just talked and laughed the whole time. Oriana also provided snacks she had made as well as crackers and breadsticks baked by her husband. The pastas we made were delicious as was the tiramisu. Highly recommend this experience and Oriana for her kindness, hilarious stories, and getting delicious food out of us!

Wow, I don’t even know how to express what a wonderful experience this was for my family of 11 from Chicago. Cristina, as well as her husband Enrico, welcomed us into their home, like we were part of their family. Cristina’s instruction on how to make her family’s Tortellini and tagliatelle, and of course, the tiramisu was perfect. My nieces and nephews, 17 through 19, my brothers, their wives, and our mother all enjoyed ourselves so much that we all agreed it was the best night of our trip. I personally think it is because of Cristina and Enrico‘s hospitality and making you feel so welcomed as part of their family. And it doesn’t hurt that her tortellini , tagliatelle, and Bolognese sauce is outstanding. Cristina shares a very detailed recipe for the dough, tiramisu and Bolognese, which I plan on making this weekend! On behalf of my entire family, thank you Cristna and Enrico, for making us all feel like we were at home. And if you ever find your way to Chicago, you will always have a home with us.
