Being invited into a lovely home in Alberobello to work with Ceserina Maria. Learned how to make two pastas Ravioli and Orchietti, and Tiramisu then got to eat all this delicious food. A selection of appetizers and aperitif welcomed our arrival. A very memorable evening!

We had a great time as a family at Lucrezia's. Perfectly welcomed into his pretty house, a beautiful set table awaited us to start with a homemade aperitif: cold meats, cheeses, Lucrezia preparations, proseco! We then cooked together. On the program Tiramisu, orichiettes and canulata 😋 Our 2 1/2 year old daughter had a blast! Lucrezia and Stefano were adorable ☺️ We obviously finished with the tasting of our preparations. Of course without equivalent because prepared by us! 😄 (With Cime di Rappa and a magnificent tomato sauce from Lucrezia). With a Primitivo it goes without saying 😉 Perfect evening 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The meeting with Maria was fantastic, the course superb, we had a wonderful time and I tasted lots of things with her family and their friends. Regarding the organization, TripAdvisor had announced the course in Alberobello. I registered for this purpose, otherwise I would not have registered, because the place was ultimately 15km away, in Martina Franca. I got this information at the last minute. I travel by bus and train, fortunately my landlords called for me to get this information and decided to take me there. Thanks to them. I still find the course expensive, even if the time was great, mainly due to Marie's adaptability and her kindness and generosity.
