    I was promised recipes and never got them! Deeply disappointed in that. The teacher was awesome! I just really need the recipe

    We took a masterclass with Chef Roberta Mari and it was incredible! We learned so much about how to source fresh ingredients and prepare each dish! I will be so excited to prepare for my family when we get home! Grazie Mille!

    We were absolutely blown away by the food David showed us how to make. We really could not believe how amazing it was. We like to cook but have only taken one class before. David was patient, friendly, and highly skilled. We got lucky because it was just the two of us there so we had all of his attention and instruction. It was wonderful to see him at the market, talking to all the vendors as if they were life long friends. My favorite dish was the Spaghetti alla Chitarra al pesto alla Genovese. We had so many incredible dining experience it Italy, but this was the best! Thank you!

    Excellent. Best experience out of a whole month in Firenze. Advice book early in your stay as you learn so much more than just cooking. Tommaso was an exceptional chef and a “Bellissimo” human being as well. Grazie Mille Florencetown and Tommaso.

    We enjoyed the day (6 hours) of talking with our chef, Frederico, about Italian food with a little history background. He has an obvious passion for what he does. The market tour to buy the groceries was mixed with education about what we were looking at and a couple tastings. The food we cooked was fantastic.
