This was such a great experience. Belen our host was knowledgeable about history and culture. We enjoyed spending the day with her on this tour. We absolutely loved the vineyard and cooking class. We cannot wait to receive the recipes we cooked during the class, so we can try our new skills at home. I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone interested in Italian wine and having a fun time learning some Italian pasta making techniques. What a lovely experience.

Planning our trip to Italy my wife and I knew beforehand that we would soon be exhausted of conventional tourism. We wanted an experience that would really makes us feel we were in Tuscany and not just looking through a photo album! That's why we booked the cooking class in San Gimignano. What to expect
Private cooking class at a Tuscan house on the hills of Tuscany. You will get immersed into the Italian art of cooking and into exquisite wines, which are renowned for their high quality and organic viticulture employed in their production.
During the class, you will learn valuable tips and tricks about the Italian cuisine and how to get your way around an Italian kitchen, overlooking the vines of the estate.
An expert local chef will teach you how to cook a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which come from the area!
At the end of the cooking class, your work will be awarded with a feast of your own creations and enjoy the authenticity of your dishes.
