The hands-on cooking lesson begins at 5:15 p.m. and focuses on creating homemade dessert, packed with fresh day ingredients, for the dessert we can make Tiramisu, Creme Brûlé , Chocolate Soufflè and a lot other things. After enjoying your lunch on the beautiful restaurant dining room Chef Luigi will also send you off with a home with an apron, a diploma of participation at the end of all the class day and a copy of his first cook book are avalable to buy ,focused on dishes typical and him recipe.
