It was so fun to spend a few hours with Marthe inside her cozy Parisian apartment baking (and eating) gluten-free desserts. She was a wonderful hostess and teacher. If I'm ever back in Paris, I would love to do another class!

Our instructor was pleasant and patient. I know I learned several new tips to use in gluten free baking. I only wish we had been given more of our finished product to take with us after tasting our work. We only had about half packed up to take with.

<p>Our chef was very nice and knowledgeable, but we all felt we could have been more involved in the process. There were several things we could have done ourselves, but ended up just watching the chef do it. The desserts ended up being very tasty and we would like to try some ourselves, but we haven't received the recipes yet. To make it better-please let the guests do all the measuring, mixing, cooking and all. we did some, but not enough.</p>
