    Great trip Felt very safe Lots of Ragnarok workers. Main showman was excellent, stayed in character throughout . Face painting was free. Boxing Sword fighting

    Highly recommended… the weather was overcast and the sea quite choppy however these factors are out of Ragnarok’s control. We saw whales and a shark.. great atmosphere staff lovely and great with kids.. face painting onboard.. clean ship and I personally thought the staff were very helpful and attentive to those who were a bit green around the gills lol 😆

    Last minute decision to go on a boat trip and booked online 2 hours before. Welcomed onto the boat by the wonderful crew. Boat decorated well with the theme, crew were all extremelly pleasant and welcoming, had several people on the boat struggle with sea sickness and they were helped and supported by the crew throughout. Unlimited drinks was great and stopping for a swim towards the end of the cruise was a perfect end to the trip! Saw whales, dolphins and turtles! Highly recommend, kids 8 & 11 loved it!

    Said trip was accessible to those with disabilities. Arrived and could not get assistance for family member. Spoke to captain, manager and kiosk rep. Asked for refund and was denied and could not take the trip. Zero stars if possible . Very poor service.

    What an amazing family trip, from start till end! I would highly recommend, the crew were super welcoming and very attentive. Beautiful views from the boat and we were very lucky to see whales. We also stopped and had a swim in the sea, the drinks flowed nicely and even had our faces painted.

    The cruise along the southern coast of Tenerife allows the guests to see whales, dolphins and spectacular views with the famous Teide volcano in the background. During the cruise our guests enjoy viking shows, fun and games and a refreshing swim in the ocean near Punta De Bocinegro. The Ragnarok provides drinks and food.
