We ended up with a private tour since nobody else happened to be booked on the day we'd gone for, and the guide was very engaging and had lots of interesting information to pass on about the city and the region. Would definitely recommend, though if you're unable to make it up and down hills this probably isn't for you.

Absolutely amazing service from this company, I booked the wrong date but Alex was really helpful and able to find us a suitable tour which fitted in with our dates. Amanda our guide was lovely, extremely knowledgeable and told interesting anecdotes which helped to bring history to life. Definitely recommend this company both for customer service, value for money and knowledgable local guides.
