Instructor was good. Management terrible. Dollar signs in the eyes bigger then the waves. When we registered by mail in advance we received a lot of emails in spanish, no times when the classes started. We had to pay in advance. At arrival we went at the office one day before to ask if everything was correct and what time the class would start. Everything ok, classes started at 11. When our girls got there the next morning, they needed passports. Which wasn't told. Us parents went there to bring the passports, when there, 'the girls are under 18, we need your passports' When I got mad, the boss arrived, they went one hour later. (no waves anymore) I made very clear in the emails when making the reservation the girls were no beginners, they were scheduled with absolute beginners. When I complained after class, the boss/manager handled the situation in a very management style way. When I told him I thought the dollar signs in his eyes were bigger then the waves, he started to realize something went wrong. Luckily, the waves were great, the instructor too. When finished after 5 days, an having paid the full amount I received an email in English with the times an a form they need to fill in at advance. Our girls have surfed a bit around, in Spain too, this was not a very relaxed surfschool.

Surf instructor Jose ('Huevo Frito') learned us to catch waves from day one. He's incredibely funny, optimistic, experienced and patient. Big smiles every day! He gave us individual feedback in fluent English and made us feel like surfers, even on days with small waves. The school itself is professional and flexible. Only 2 minutes walking to the beach, only 25 euro for a two-hour lesson, wetsuit and surf board. Good vibes :)

I'm leaving, but not before highlighting the incredible team that makes up this school, from the girls at the reception, store, boards... they always welcome you with a smile, to all the teachers, including the surfskate and skate teachers... it has been an incredible experience I wanted to make a special mention of Pedro, without his technique and professionalism from day one, I'm sure I wouldn't have caught a single wave... thanks for the laughter in the water and making everything so easy! And Saul, thank you for the classes, the laughter, the moments... you have made me fall in love with surfing in all aspects, you are a professional from head to toe. THANK YOU TEAM!! Sin duda una experiencia muy especial y a la que sin duda ya me he enganchado, no solo porque el surf en sí, sino también por el ambiente, gestión y organización de la escuela y las clases. Podemos destacar el buen trabajo de los fotógrafos, de Ana haciendo que los grupos sean lo mejor para todos, de Renan que siempre tiene una sonrisa y una buena palabra o consejo si lo necesitas, Marta con su pilates, amabilidad y consejos en el agua o de varios de los instructores que he podido tener a lo largo de los días que he estado o que estaban ahí ayudando y dando consejo para que estuviéramos bien y aprendiéramos, haciendo que aumentara mi instancia allí por lo contentos que estábamos. Entre ellos están Manu, Saúl, Borja, Huevo frito, Fernando y Jordi, pero sin duda, de la que más he aprendido (85-90% de lo que sé), ha hecho que estemos con ganas de volver, que nos sintamos cómodos en todos los ámbitos, que hubiera risas a la vez que seguridad, que fuera muy humilde y cercana a todos poniéndose en la piel de cada uno del grupo y dando a cada uno lo que necesitaba para progresar es NATALIA, que se nota que sabe lo que hace.

Segunda vez que hago surf y buenísima experiencia. Manu el mejor monitor que he tenido nunca, amplia experiencia y trato individualizado a pesar de ser un grupo. Sin duda cuando vuelva le volveré a intentar pedir. Calidad/precio genial. Posibilidad de tener fotos. Aspectos a mejorar: intentar que se organice los mismos profesores para los días de estancia de los clientes. Falta espacio (20 taquillas/200 personas). Masificación de muchos grupos en las mismas horas.

La experiencia en general ha sido buena. Nos eligió como monitor Manu y se preocupó durante todos los días por nuestra progresión, nos ha enseñado todo lo necesario para progresar en la práctica de surf y siempre con muy buen ambiente lo que ha mejorado enormente la experiencia, monitor totalmente recomendado. Aspectos a mejorar: mejora de la organización y masificación de la escuela (falta espacio), la escuela se debe preocupar porque o alumnos se pongan con el mismo profesor para mejorar el seguimiento del progreso (en nuestro caso Manu se preocupo por ello) y al entregar las tablas hay gente que no conoce tu progreso y te reparte una tabla no adecuada para tu progreso.

Agradezco el buen trabajo de Javier Fernandez como instructor. Inicialmente reservé 3 clases y me apunté a una mas. Javier estuvo siempre atento a todos en el grupo, dando consejos puntuales y de gran ayuda.
