Our guide was Clark. He was amazing. He took us all around Ketchikan. We saw it all. We even saw two bears and a bunch of bald eagles (close). He did not rush us.

We cruised into port and did not have an expedition planned. We found this tour and it was totally worthy it. We had a group of 5 and the van was spacious and comfortable. Clark was our tour guide - he was very knowledgeable and fun. We got a customized tour and saw the rain forest, waterfalls, took a walk on the beach and saw a salmon running. We saw many bald eagles (no bears but Clark really tried!). We went downtown and saw the "stair" streets (Married Man's trail), walked down to the salmon ladder and explored Creek Street. We ended our tour at the Bush Pilot's Lounge which had good food, great cocktails and a view of our ship which was walking distance away. We loved every minute! Thank you, Clark!

When my husband, sister & I got off the Ruby Princess on June 16th we met Tim on Front Street. He told us about his tour. I liked that it was a fully enclosed Van with tinted windows, not the open-airy trolley type bus. The other bonus was when we were introduced to the driver Craig. He was so personable and knowledgeable which clinched the deal for us. My husband & I have a background in limousine driving, so you know we wanted a good safe driver for our tour. That is definitely what we had in Craig. He just made the tour, he took us all over Ketchikan leaving no stone unturned. We also had some bonus areas thrown in (don't tell his boss). I truly doubt the trolley would not have gone to the places we did. We never felt rushed, we had more than our time promised to us, even a little story at the end that Craig wanted to tie up for us. The best part was that he was very well spoken, respectively funny at times & so informative it was amazing. He had history & stories at every turn of our tour. So nice to get what you pay for & then some! If we were to rate this tour out of 10 we would give it an 11. Great service, personable & attentive, way to go Ketchikan expeditions!

It’s not often you meet someone that’s born to do something. Chris was amazing. His knowledge was expertise and is quite funny as well. The free water was a simple bonus but well received. I’d recommend this tour to anyone that goes to Ketchikan for any reason. He even delivered us back to the cruise dock so we didn’t have to catch the bus back. If you pay for nothing else, pay for this tour!

We were a group of 7 consisting of all ages from 70s+, 50s, 40s, and under 10 and could not be more pleased with our tour. From the moment the tour was booked, Ketchikan Expeditions answered all my questions promptly and detailed. I had a phone number to call with any questions. When our ship docked at shore, I received a text confirming our pickup time and exact location (which was also provided previously). The tour bus was definitely comfortable and luxurious equipped with all captain's seats. Clark, our tour guide, was simply amazing! Such a breadth of knowledge of Ketchikan and Alaska in general and tailored our tour to the things we want to see and experience. Definitely the way to go for a small group and the cost is very competitive to the excursions the cruise line offers and it's a private tour with your own guide!!! The tour was fantastic, and Clark was outstanding as a tour guide. It happened that my wife and I were the only people on the tour. There was plenty of water for us, and I'm not sure as to what another reviewer might have had. Clark took us to just about everything there was to see in Ketchikan, and north and south of town as well. He was very knowledgeable about the sites, and told us interesting stories. I highly recommend this company, and especially Clark.

Chris was so kind. He was professional and made our group feel so special. We had a little trouble finding him but I do not blame him. He had a sign and called us! So helpful! He showed us so many places and had so many facts! He had water for us and the van was so comfortable and roomy. I learned so much and had a blast.
