William was awesome! Great guide. Very impressed with the communication by Fun Dallas Tours. Highly recommended!

Although Orlando has knowledge and a good personality and has potential, he alienated some of the group. In the first 5 minutes, in part of his "historical" presentation, he referred to conservative Christians as "haters". I bought the tickets for 4 of us who were tremendously offended by this, so they won't have a chance to review. This was alarming and created a bad environment for the rest of the tour. When my wife immediately objected, he continued on with his tour and later attempted to apologize, saying that we must have misunderstood his humor. There was nothing funny about his tone at the time, and he had a chance to correct himself when my wife objected, but failed to do so. I usually tip generously for tours done well, but Orlando forfeited his tip by being political and using "catch phrases" to try to guage his audience. Didn't work. I'll think twice about booking with Viator again simply because this type of thing is obviously allowed.

This was a fun and informative day. It was two separate tours combined. Tim was my guide for both, and he was awesome! Made it an easy decision to use fun dallas tours the following day for my fort worth tour.

I have been fascinated with the JFK assassination for 50 years. I always wanted to come and see Dealey Plaza. We really lucked out getting Preston. He has obviously spent countless hours doing research on this event. He blew me away with his knowledge. He knows this inside out. I loved it. Thanks Preston

Preston was extremely knowledgeable. He was helpful and friendly. He provided us historical and practical information outside of the tour when asked, such as sharing informational stories and dinner recommendations. We were impressed by his vast memory and great story telling ability. We would absolutely tour with him again!
