It was a very good trip overall. Guide was a little too talkative but nice. Van needs fixing, thank goodness it was good weatherwise, not hot.

Tour was canceled by the tour company day before in the afternoon. They said they could not go because the road was closed. That is not true. We immediately arranged through our hotel a Death Valley tour by another company the same day. It was a fabulous tour and the road was definitely not closed. The tour company was not honest. They said they would credit the money for the canceled tour but we have not seen this in our account yet. We don’t recommend this tour company. Viator should check this company further.

We had a great time with Art on this tour. Pick up was on time, snacks and water was provided. Art knew so much information and definitely shared everything he could with us. Art offered to take pictures for us too! Totally recommend. The tour did leave an hour and half prior to the written 7am tour due to weather.

Great experience. A must do in my book and I was well cared for on one of the hottest days in August. The company moved the itinerary around so we would not be out and about at the hottest points of the day and the hydration kept on coming. Very knowledgable guide. Lovely touches for breakfast and lunch - have done longer days when nothing was provided. Van was clean and very comfy with excellent air-con.

Death Valley was already really hot when we visited in mid-June, but the guides Art and Michael always checked if we had enough water. There were also stops at the visitor center for us to just hang around and get some break from just driving and stopping at each stop. Art was very knowledgeable about many aspects of Death Valley including some of the vegetation and geology, and I enjoyed hearing the historical and cultural context of what Death Valley signified in different times.

Fantastic, Mike and Art were hugely knowledgeable and patient even stopping for donkey petting! The vista and landscape is well worth the drive!

Breathtaking views, lots of stops and photo opportunities. Tour guide was great and the tour organizer went above and beyond to insure everything including our lunches was perfect for the trip.

It’s not my first time booking tours trough Viator, and this was one of the best. It was absolutely great - everything went according to plan, I recommend it to friends and would definitely use again for future holidays. I wanted especially to thank our guide Art, for taking the time to give me such a wonderful tour of Death Valley, providing me with a great introduction to the park, allowing me to choose a place to sit, where I could take the best pictures! I really appreciate!

The tour was very well organised, covered a lot of ground. Fantastic scenery, informed commentary and a group of friendly people. All good! Very hot and awe inspiring, this needs to be considered for the faint hearted! Also a fair degree of physical fitness is needed as there is some walking / hiking to take advantage of the views & scenery ! Chris Burke May 2023

Small group just like you have family for a day. Tour guide explain and point each interesting spot which we would not know if we came by ourselves.
