I'd like to review this tour using three different criteria using a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the best). A. Customer Experience: 5 -- We had three tours booked for our trip to Portugal with different companies. Fabio (owner of yellow cab) was the only one that got in touch immediately after booking and kept in contact until the day of the tour to make sure everything was ok. Our tour took place on Dec 30th. Many businesses are closed and a lot of people are on vacation. One of the activities included in the itinerary could not take place and Fabio did everything he could to ensure we would not miss it. He also was honest and told us in advance of the situation (great touch). The guide, Tania... was just a pleasure to have through the day. She was knowledgeable, cordial, respectful, talkative and a very good driver. B. Value for money: 5 -- usually tours do not include the best of everything. Tour companies have got to make a penny too! This time however, we got a 6 glasses wine tasting experience and an incredible tapas lunch with wine as well. The car (Land Rover classic jeep) was in pristine condition. The area we visited was exactly what was described and we loved every second of it! C. Fun: 5 -- besides the wonderful wines, views and food. Tania (our guide) made the trip such a joy. We truly felt that she cared for us as her clients and that she enjoyed her job. We laughed all through the trip; she was able to explain to us so many different peculiarities of the area and the people; she also gave us time to ourselves so we could enjoy the scenery on our own.
